ABOUT ISPA

The International Sports Professional Association’s Division of Academic Accreditation was founded in 2009 and has quickly become one of the most respected International Accreditations for sports-related academic programs in the world. The Accreditation grew out of the need to foster a global community of academics that are committed to continually raising the standards for sport and sport related programs. The International Sports Professionals Association (ISPA) was the sole developer of the accreditation process and is the accrediting body. The ISPA is the oldest and largest International Accreditation body for sports professionals. ISPA brings its considerable sports expertise into the evaluation process.

The ISPA Academic Accreditation is represented in several countries and has helped thousands of students excel both inside and outside of their respective educational institutions. ISPA Academic Accreditation has become renown for its focus on developing new and existing programs and for providing students of ISPA accredited programs with a professional credential upon enrollment, thus setting them apart from others competing for similar job placement upon graduation.

Mission

The mission of the International Sports Professionals Association Academic Accreditation is to advance the educational excellence of sport and sport related programs throughout the world. This mission is accomplished through a strong ethical base and a rigorous screening process. An ISPA accreditation designates that a program has met the highest academic and ethical standards.
