Kurt David

Following a successful basketball career, which includes playing professionally in Europe, Kurt A. David was injured and prematurely forced into one of the most difficult changes possible; he was unemployed and had to walk away from something he loved. In good company, as 100% of professional athletes ultimately experience job termination, one can either succumb to the change and adversity – like 75% of NFL players who are broke within two years – or rise above the challenges and develop new strategies for success. Kurt refocused his resources into completing a master’s degree following his return from Europe.  Armed with an advanced degree in behavior sciences, Kurt has ultimately become a transition consultant for professional and Olympic athletes as they transition from sports icons to the next phase of their careers. Kurt now uses his experiences and proven system to catapult high caliber athletes to success during the most difficult phase of their professional careers.
