ISPA Specialty Certifications & Other ISPA Features

In addition to accrediting Individuals, Academic Institutions and Organizations, the ISPA seeks to continually provide more resources, tools, and tangible benefits for those in the service of others. Because of this, when ISPA was approached to research, develop, and implement a new credential for professionals in the rehabilitation field, we eagerly agreed.

Why ISPA?

As a result of ISPA’s history and standing in the field of credentialing, a major physical therapy company approached ISPA with the idea to develop a credential for professionals in the rehabilitation field. But it wasn’t just ISPA’s strong reputation in credentialing, but its standing in the sports world that called attention. The CWcHP was developed for the physical therapists, occupational therapists and physical therapy assistants that work with patients injured in their occupations as industrial athletes, jobs that require strenuous physical effort. ISPA’s involvement in sports was the perfect marriage to bring the CWcHP credential to life.
